We also accept self-pay, please contact the office directly at 702-602-5250 to verify the cost. Services may be covered in full or partially by your health insurance. Please contact the number on the back of your insurance card if you have any questions regarding your benefits/eligibility.

For Self Pay

Here is what you will currently be paying for:

1. Initital psychiatric evaluation, medications management, and psychotherapy
2. Follow up evaluation, medications management, and psychotherapy
3. Counseling/therapy - individual or group

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled initial psychiatric evaluation or follow up evaluation appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a "No Show Fee".

All major credit cards are accepted for payment. Checks and cash are not accepted.
